Another proud addition to Kerala’s growing sports infrastructure, the Bedakam Panchayath Football Turf project in Kundamkuzhy, Kasaragod, has been successfully completed by Meckavo Sports, a leading turf construction company in India known for its expertise in high-quality football turf construction.
Shyam Krishnan M represented the panchayath during the consultation and execution phases. The turf measures 45x30x9 meters. It is designed to meet community-level football standards and offers a vibrant recreational space for local players and youth clubs.
For this project, Meckavo Sports installed CC Pride artificial grass, which is known for its natural feel, durability, and excellent ball control. The turf includes proper fencing and netting to ensure safety and allow for more extended play hours. The project was completed on July 4, 2025, marking another achievement in promoting sports development at the panchayath level.
