Manga Turf, a full-scale football ground in Mairang Pyndengumiong, Mairang, Meghalaya, was completed on July 22, 2025, and is now open for play. The finished ground covers about 22,604 square feet and uses premium Bellin Dream artificial grass. This grass was chosen for its comfort, consistent ball roll, and durability. The project was delivered as a complete work contract. This means the site was prepared, graded, and finished to professional standards so the turf is ready for matches from day one.
Every stage of the Manga Turf project was planned and carried out with local conditions in mind. Meghalaya’s hills and monsoon patterns can be tough, so the construction team focused on material selection and installation quality to ensure the surface is durable and playable year-round. The field features permanent white line markings made from white-colored turf, not paint. These lines are crisp, maintenance-free, and will not fade or peel, even with heavy use.
The client, Manga Kharsyntiew, described the project experience as “Excellent” and praised the timely execution and attention to detail. Beyond the playing surface, this turf is expected to be a central hub for local football activities, including weekend community matches, youth coaching, and small tournaments. This will help develop talent in the region.
